If you receive the product and it does not live up to your expectations (within 15 days), give us a email at [email protected] We will either replace it for you or refund you the cost of the product (minus shipping) your purchase. No questions asked. Sound good? We think so too. But we are pretty darn sure that you won?t need to do this.
When will I receive my refund?
If you contact our Customer Service Team within the 15 day guarantee and arrange for a refund, your refund will be processed when the product is returned. Once, your product is returned, we will process the refund, but please allow 24-48 business hours for the refund to show up on your account.
What will my refund include?
Your refund will include the cost of the product. Shipping costs (as well as handling for international orders) are not refunded.
What if I suspect that a fraudulent charge
If you suspect that your credit card has been compromised, and that the charge originated from , we would advise you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to help you navigate the chargeback process.
